MAGAZINES
* The magazine "Memorial Spot" is your ticket to unlocking date spots and learning about on-going events. You can only check the magazine during the daytime, but it is a free action and doesn't cause any time to pass so there's no reason to NOT check it. A new issue is released every season, and you can read the issue starting the month before the new season. So the spring issue is available from February to April, the summer issue is available from May to July, etc. You cannot view old issues.
* Neglecting to read that season's issue before trying to set up a date will result in the following:
- The newest date spot will not be unlocked and will not appear in your list of options
- The Movie Theater, Concert Hall, and Stadium will be unavailable
* If you miss an issue completely, you will have to call Yoshio and ask him about date spots (option 3) to unlock the one in the issue you missed.
* Remember that the issues are seasonal, so when you read the Spring issue in February and try to set up a date for February 28th, none of the events or date spots mentioned in the issue will be unlocked yet. Below I've recreated the magazines with English text (and what the protagonist says in response to them) and included what months you can read them during in the heading.
