"Gay Boy Steve" is a character from the television show Kamen Rider Fourze. It's not actually his name but it's okay because he might respond to it with "huh?" anyways which means it's his name now. Gay Boy Steven loves his friends and he loves playing toys with all the kids on the playground. I'm going to kick his ass one day.
Steven was first introduced in Episode 12: I'm Going To Kill Everyone where he showed up and said to the camera that he's going to kill everyone. Despite his claims, he became friends with everyone instead so we don't know why he said that.
